Front Row Membership Rules and Terms
1. What Membership Is
Union House Front Row is a membership for fans and creators who want access to Union House events, moments, and opportunities as they happen. Membership grants access; it does not guarantee attendance at every event.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
Membership is open to individuals aged 18+.
Union House reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion.
Some experiences may be invite-only, application-based, or capacity-limited.
3. Membership Access
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Access varies by event, format, and capacity.
Entry to certain events may require RSVP, ticketing, or additional payment.
Guests are not permitted at most events. On rare occasions, specific events may allow a +1 at the discretion of Union House. Guest access, where permitted, must be approved in advance and does not guarantee entry.
4. Conduct & Behaviour
Members are expected to:
Act respectfully toward other members, artists, staff, and guests.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and constructive environment.
Respect personal and creative boundaries.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal, without refund.
5. Confidentiality & Trust
Some sessions, conversations, and content are private or off-the-record.
Members must not share unreleased music, private discussions, or personal information without permission.
Breaches of trust may result in termination of membership.
6. Content, Media & Recording
Photography and filming may take place at Union House events.
By attending, members consent to being captured for Union House promotional or archival use.
Members may not record or distribute content from private sessions unless explicitly permitted.
7. Events, Changes & Risk
Union House may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond its control, including venue issues, artist availability, safety concerns, or external restrictions.
Attendance at events is voluntary and at the member’s own risk.
Union House is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future access.
8. Payments, Free Periods & Renewals
During Opening Month (or equivalent launch period), the first month of membership is free.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
To cancel, one full month’s notice is required.
Application fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
9. Termination
Union House may terminate membership without refund if:
These rules are breached
Payment obligations are not met
Behaviour damages the community or reputation of Union House
No public explanation will be provided for individual decisions.
10. Changes to Terms
Union House may update these rules at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
